Provides intravenous medication and fluids, and teaches patients how to give them at home using an intravenous pump.This program is for patients who need IV (intravenous) therapy for longer than 3 days and who meet the conditions to have it at home rather than in hospital. People who use this service are referred to Home Care for monitoring and see a doctor regularly.
