Respiratory Therapy

This site provides a full range of breathing tests and services for both inpatients and outpatients to assess, diagnose, treat and assist people with lung conditions.

Provides diagnosis, treatment, education for people with heart and lung problems. Service is offered 24/7 to people in the hospital and in the community.

Services include:

  • assessment and follow-up
  • respiratory monitoring (measuring how much oxygen is in your blood)
  • ventilator and airway management
  • hyperbaric (high pressure) oxygen therapy
  • medical gas treatments
  • home care treatment planning
  • respiratory education for Asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Smoking Cessation and Nicotine Replacement and other respiratory conditions
