The Patient Relations Department, led by the Patient Concerns Officer receives all forms of feedback from patients, families and the public.

If you have any feedback to share regarding the care or health services received.
There is no time limit to share your feedback - it is reviewed when it is received. However, it is best to bring any complaints forward quickly so they can be addressed.
You can provide feedback to the Patient Relations Department directly by telephone through the Patient Feedback Line, by fax, mail or by submitting an online form.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
